Judy Geib

Judy Geib
Judy Geib moved to New York for art but after twenty years of drawing, painting and making objects she suddenly found herself making jewelry. Handworking is especially important to her because of its slow process that lets ideas gradually and haltingly come into focus, be tumbled around and played with, only to splinter off and be indefinitely pursued in unforeseen directions. Jude loves the excitement of trying an idea without knowing what it will become and then when it is finished, experimenting all over again.
